The Romanisches Seminar was reopened in 2011 with a focus on Hispanic studies. It is a teaching and research center on language, literature and culture of Spanish-speaking regions of the world in their transatlantic connections. The Romanisches Seminar is part of various national and international research networks and collaborates with various cultural institutions in the city of Hannover, Germany.
